Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 2 – 5 business days. You will be notified by email of any back orders or any other delays. You may cancel your order if it is not available. All shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the type and weight of the order and your location unless otherwise requested by you at the time you place the order. We prefer to ship via US Mail (USPS) whenever possible. USPS shipping options are USPS Express, Priority and Parcel Post delivery.
International Orders:
International orders should be placed by email at admin@stgeorgebookstore.org. Please consult with USPS websites for Shipping Transit Times.
Special Considerations:
The diversity of our products makes it difficult to accurately calculate shipping charges. St George’s Bookstore reserves the right to recalculate shipping charges after the order is placed and credit or charge the customer’s Paypal account accordingly. In most cases this will be to the customer’s advantage but there are cases where it may not be. If there is a significant difference we will attempt to contact our parishioner before shipping the order.
Return Policy:
All books and others are guaranteed to be of quality shown. No returns without prior approval and absolutely no returns after 30 days from the date shown on the receipt, regardless of reason. No damaged books will be accepted and they must be in sellable condition unless you received it damaged. All return items must have RMA number issued by us authorizing the return.
Please fill the damage claim immediately with the delivering carrier and notify us within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. Any other returns will be subject to a restocking fee of no less than 15% plus pro-rated sipping and handling. Please pack all returns in the original packing and shipping cartons (if practical). All shipping charges should be prepaid.
Please allow sufficient time for checks to clear unless you have other arrangement with us. Bad checks denied by the bank are subject to the allowable collection fee in your area.

Special orders are to be paid in full at the time of order, and may not be canceled once we have ordered them for you.
